Depending on the value of the product, Letsgrowme.com determines whether the product can subsequently be sent to Letsgrowme.com at the expense of Letsgrowme.com and that Letsgrowme.com provides a replacement equivalent product free of charge or that the purchase amount and, if the product is not a part of a combined order, the shipping costs are reimbursed.

(2) Letsgrowme.com is liable for the full amount of direct damage caused by gross negligence of their executive bodies and supervisors, due to an attributable breach of material contractual obligations, in addition to these obligations, also due to gross negligence of employees, unless Letsgrowme. com can indemnify itself from this on the basis of commercial use, in the last two cases, the amount of compensation for the typical foreseeable damage. Right of withdrawal when delivering products to consumers

Answer: You have received your order, but it is not complete? Our lilies are natural products, so it can happen that the stock of a certain variety of lilies runs out before the new harvest has starts. As a result, in some cases it may happen that a certain product from your order has not been supplied by us and has not been invoiced by us. We will then inform you which product this concerns and when the product is in available again.

It is also possible that we have made a mistake, for which we apologize. If you send us a message with the missing product code, product name and the number of packaging units of the product, we will send it to you as soon as possible!

Answer: You have received your order, but you find that you have received an item that you have not ordered. Please contact us immediately. Of course we will still send you the article you ordered as soon as possible after. You may retain the incorrectly received item as compensation for the inconvenience.

In some cases it may be that the article you ordered can no longer be delivered. Then we will contact you as a result. We will then propose a similar alternative to you as much as possible.
